CTO

We are looking for a detailoriented and automationdriven CTO to lead technology and tool management across our business operations. This role involves optimizing systems automating workflows and improving reporting processes. The right candidate will have a strong understanding of business automation financial systems and real estate technology and will be proactive in identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technology & Tools Management: Oversee and optimize Microsoft 365 Outlook SharePoint and Sage Intacct.
• Automation & Workflow Optimization: Leverage Power Automate Make/Zapier and other tools to streamline operations.
• System Integration: Ensure seamless collaboration between Notion monday Smart AP software Otter.AI Slack and Canva.
• Financial & Data Analysis: Apply financial literacy to improve reporting and automation within the business.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for automation optimization and efficiency gains.
• Real Estate Technology Expertise: Utilize industry knowledge to enhance operational systems.

Qualifications:

• Expert in Microsoft 365 Outlook SharePoint and Sage Intacct.
• Proficient in automation tools like Power Automate Make/Zapier.
• Strong understanding of Notion and basic familiarity with monday Smart AP software Otter.AI Slack and Canva.
• Financial literacy and experience with business reporting.
• Real estate industry experience required.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an organized and efficient system.
• Passion for continuous learning and process improvement.

Salary: $115K$130K
