• Will be headquartered in Phoenix AZ - Role will be remote until office opens in Phoenix

• Compensation - $1M - Base Bonus and Equity

Background Profile:

• You will eventually need to reside in the Greater-Phoenix area
• Must have recent BIG TECH Social Media experience (Meta X Snap LinkedIn TikTok etc.)
• Seeking 7 years of executive leadership experience and degrees are welcomed.
• Expertise directing large-scale engineering and infrastructure initiatives impacting millions globally.
• Experience designing and scaling systems serving millions of users with complex requirements.
• Broad experience across domains including AI security content delivery infrastructure commerce and communication technologies.
• You are driven by purposemotivated to build meaningful globally impactful solutions.
• Youre no stranger to pressure: tight deadlines high demand and zero room for failure.
• You care about building something that lastsreal impact over hype or quick wins.
• You move fast build boldly and arent afraid to challenge the status quo.
