DescriptionThe HR Analyst will play a key role in analyzing HR metrics optimizing processes and providing insights that support strategic decisionmaking. This role requires strong analytical skills proficiency in HR systems and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Main Accountabilities
- Collects analyzes and interprets HR data to support workforce planning talent acquisition performance management and employee engagement strategies
- Develops and maintains HR dashboards reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitors employee turnover retention and other key HR trends providing insights and recommendations
- Supports HR process improvements through datadriven insights and best practices
- Ensures compliance with HR policies and labor regulations through accurate reporting and audits
- Utilizes HR systems (e.g. SAP Workable) to manage and analyze employee data effectively
RequirementsEducation Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Analytics Statistics or a related field
- 2 years of experience in HR analytics HR reporting or a similar analysis role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel HRIS platforms and data visualization tools (PowerBI)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data insights clearly
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus
