The Industry Influencer Relations Manager will play a key role in shaping the perception of EXL among key influencers. Successful candidate will manage and implement an influencer relations plan project manage analyst assessments prepare marketing and support material and internal communcations. The candidate must have excellent written verbal and organizational skills and be an analytical thinker.
Responsibilities- Analyst research monitor analyst research track agendas manage EXL participation
- Engagement plan prepare track engagement with all influencers including capabilities briefings demonstrations inquiries strategy sessions and adhoc discussions
- Messaging maintain a dynamic inventory of stories case studies and talking points; collaborate with marketing to leverage research

- Reporting engagement qualitative/quantitative activity peer performance comparisons
- Internal reporting messaging and updates

- Review all relevant analyst research as it is published
- Monitoring trends and strategic developments to provide counsel to internal stakeholders.
- Support the VP EXL Health Influencer Relations in strategic operational and daily business matters.
- Gather information data and intelligence on operational initiatives across multiple business functions to help in monitoring progress towards goals.
- Analyze data and provide insights to support effective decisionmaking
- Take ownership and lead on Projects
Required Capabilities: - Must have exceptional written verbal and conversational communication skills.
- Must be able to convey complex ideas through creative reporting and power point slides
- Strong Project Management and organizational skills; must be able to track and progress multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong familiarity with advanced automation tools artificial intelligence and Gen AI technologies and their application.
- Problem solving abilities teamwork and collaboration interpersonal communication leadership and adaptability should clearly stand out.
- Ability to think independently in dynamic situational work environment; must be flexible in thought process.
- Strong organizational time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to take a creative approach to challenges. Owns issues until resolved.
- Must be able to track and progress multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to work in virtual global teams and in a matrix organizations
- Must be willing to work overlapping US hours ideally until 2pm US ET at least 4 days per week.
- Proficiency with MS Office Applications required especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- US Healthcare Domain knowledge preferred
