SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Oxted RH8
Salary: OTE 40k
Position: Permanent Full Time
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator who is enthusiastic energetic and interested in developing a career in the Lettings Industry with a smart vibrant and wellknown brand with several local offices in Surrey.
The role will be based in the Oxted area and is an opportunity to help run the local Sales Department.
The perfect candidate will have an excellent track record in the Sales industry understand about customer service and the importance of retaining and maintaining relationships with current clients.
You will be proactive articulate and wellpresented; wellspoken and capable of dealing with properties across a broad price spectrum including within the prime market.
Skills: The skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Previous experience in a Sales role
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Full UK driving licence required
- Local knowledge of the Oxted area is preferred
