We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Phoenix AZ. This role supports the sales department by coordinating daily administrative tasks managing client interactions and helping the team meet their targets. The ideal candidate is highly organized proactive and committed to providing excellent service.
Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing schedules communications and client records
Prepare and distribute sales documents proposals and reports
Conduct market research to support sales strategies
Maintain accurate databases and track sales metrics
Communicate effectively with clients and internal departments
Help organize and attend meetings trade shows and team events
Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
1 year of experience in a sales administrative or customer-facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
