Job Title: Automotive Product Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a customerfocused and highly motivated Automotive Product Specialist to join our team. In this role you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process by understanding their needs providing expert product knowledge and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable buying experience. Unlike traditional sales roles this position emphasizes relationshipbuilding and a consultative approach rather than aggressive selling tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences lifestyle needs and budget.
Provide indepth knowledge of various vehicle models features and financing options.
Educate customers on available warranties service plans and additional options to enhance their ownership experience.
Build and maintain longterm customer relationships through followups and exceptional service.
Assist customers through the testdriving process ensuring a tailored and informative experience.
Work collaboratively with the finance and service departments to facilitate seamless transactions.
Stay informed about industry trends new vehicle releases and promotional incentives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in auto sales retail sales or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
A consultative sales approach with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
Selfmotivated with excellent problemsolving abilities.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and product offerings.
High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
