L.K. Jordan & Associates is on the hunt for a driven and dynamic Search Consultant to join our Direct Hire team in the San Antonio branch! This is your chance to work with a leading staffing agency thats been connecting top talent with amazing opportunities for over 30 years.
If youre an experienced recruiteror someone ready to take on the challenge of sourcing toptier talent across diverse industrieswe want to hear from you! In this fulltime role youll play a pivotal part in finding matching and placing exceptional candidates in rewarding direct hire positions. Plus youll get to visit local clients and attend networking eventsso you wont be tied to a desk all day!
What Youll Do
Hunt for the Best Talent: Source and recruit highquality candidates who are a perfect match for our clients.
Be the Matchmaker: Connect topnotch candidates with exciting positions and schedule interviews.
Negotiate Like a Pro: Close the deal with stellar salary negotiations.
Grow Our Business: Spot new opportunities for partnerships and crosssell our services.
Get Out and About: Visit clients in the local area and build relationships at networking events.
Who You Are
Experience: You have at least 5 years of professional experience. Bonus points if youve rocked the staffing or recruiting world!
Education: A college degree is a plus but we value experience just as much.
Sales & Marketing Savvy: If youve got service sales chops youre already ahead of the game.
Driven and Personable: Youre goaloriented relationshipfocused and ready to thrive in a team that knows how to win.
