Job Description
Design Head In Faade design plays a big role as every project will need design inputs from estimation to as well as Product Design. This is more relevant in the case of projects with bespoke design projects. You will lead a team of Designers and will facilitate the sales & teams from initial estimate to final and handover.
Strategic
- Ownership of the entire project life cycle for Facade Design Planning and
- Work planning and time estimation
- Design team capacity analysis and planning
- Optimization of project requirements (MTO)
- Creation of proper BOM and fabrication & installation documents for a project for correct
Customer/ External Orientation
- Understand project requirements
- Meet the delivery deadlines of design work (Shop Drawings / Fabrication drawings)
- Information flow
- Lead the project design team
- Align organizational needs and team & individual growth
- Training.
- OnOntime time and in full delivery
- Design quality
Manufacturing Service/Installation Purchase Estimation
External

Technical & Behavioral Skills & Knowledge
- Behavioral: Work under pressure and lead a team to deliver as per requirement
- Functional: Manage daytoday work with proper planning for the entire team
- Technical:
- Education BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Civil engineering
- Experience Minimum 15 years experience in Faade design majorly postproject award. Exposure in ME preferred
- RequiredExperience in handling entire delivery postproject award
- Handson experience in Shop drawings/fabrication drawings
- ACad 2D & 3D
