Who You Are:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as an Account Specialist. In this role you will assist with various financerelated broker support tasks contributing to the efficient functioning of our finance operations.
What Youll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Compensation Calculations: Support in preparing and verifying the monthly compensation reports for brokers ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Customer Inquiries: Address internal and external inquiries related to broker support compensation and other financerelated matters.
- New Broker Verifications: Assist in the verification of new brokers ensuring they meet company standards and requirements.
- Commission Tracking and Analysis: Monitor and track incoming and outgoing commissions processing related invoices and providing accurate reports and analysis .
- Change Controls Management: Assist with change control processes ensuring any updates or modifications to commissions or compensation are properly managed.
- Special Projects: Support various ad hoc projects related to finance and broker operations as assigned by the management team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills: Ability to analyze data and resolve issues effectively ensuring highquality results.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external clients providing clear and concise communication.
- Teamwork and Independence: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- DetailOriented and QualityFocused: A high level of attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in all tasks and processes.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Proficiency in Salesforce Smartsheets and Microsoft Excel: Solid understanding of these tools to manage data track progress and generate reports.
