Job Description:
- This position is required to lead the shortmidterm schedule management vertically. The role involves of fast paced plans with multifunctional coordination (internal & external stakeholders) while ensuring internal performance KPIs are met or exceeded. Managing a team of schedule analysts responsible for endtoend schedule management distribution slot coordination and comprehensive reporting to Senior Leadership on assigned roles and responsibilities.
- Drive schedule actions pertaining to short/midterm and inseason timelines keeping in mind core KPIs and strategic objectives of the company.
- Liaise within the Department with Schedule Planning vertically for seamless transition of network plans to efficient and viable schedule structures ensuring close coordination and timely . Channel scheduling challenges and constraints back to Planning Team for review and redressal.
- Review route and schedule performances on a regular (weekly/monthly) basis against targeted metrics identify deviations provide insights and feedback for management intervention. Monitor and report on competitor actions marketplace changes etc.
- Prepare and circulate daily/weekly/monthly reports dashboards and relevant updates for management review as required from time to time. Report on scheduling responsibilities and performance regularly to DGM/GM/VP.
- Continuous optimization of schedule to achieve operational and commercial targets. Participate and represent Network Planning Scheduling team in regular internal meetings with Commercial Sales & Operational departments to review & optimize schedules considering commercial aspects and operational requirements. Attend meetings and interactions with external stakeholders such as MOCA DGCA Airports AAI etc.
- Coordinate and independently drive meetings and reviews with both internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Manage systems prepare dashboards presentations case studies evaluations and assist with relevant analysis for all network planning related areas projects as required. Assist with budgeted operating plan preparation and distribution. Leverage experience and insights of basic airline economics and performance metrics in planning functions. Assist fellow team members across functions when required.
- Must possess adaptability flexibility excellent problem solving and quickthinking skills to lead the shortterm schedule management functions. Own slot coordination and regulatory compliances.
Desired Qualification & Certification:
- Extensive knowledge in aviation security operations training & administration.
- The incumbent should be a graduate in any discipline.
- Graduate with a strong analytical background
Preferred relevant Work Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or strategy roles with at least 3 years in Managerial position
Skills and knowledge Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills.
