Strategy Product Manager Mobile/Handset Client (Android and iOS)
The role of Mobile Application Product Manager is highly specialized focusing on the endtoend lifecycle of our Android and iOS mobile applications. As a Product Manager the individual is responsible for conceptualizing designing and overseeing mobile app development and updates that act as the central component for user engagement as well as managing the lifecycles of these applications across various devices and governance management of mobile product management.
Primary Responsibilities:
Mobile Client Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for Android and iOS mobile applications to ensure seamless user experience and engagement.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to define mobile app requirements design development and testing.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure mobile app solutions meet customer needs and business goals.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of mobile app initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to mobile app management.
Lifecycle Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle management strategy for Android and iOS mobile applications across all product lines.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to define mobile app requirements design development and testing.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure mobile app solutions meet customer needs and business goals.
Define and track KPIs to measure the success of mobile app initiatives.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements related to mobile app lifecycle management.
Product Management Governance:
Define and assist in developing the product strategy roadmap goals and metrics based on customer needs strategic opportunities and overall company resources.
Establish and maintain product management processes standards and best practices for mobile applications.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures related to mobile product management.
Define and track KPIs to measure the success of product management gov
ernance initiatives.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and mitigate risks related to mobile product management governance.
Convert the strategy and strategic initiatives into welldeveloped plans and objectives for mobile applications.
Market and User Research:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends opportunities and user needs specific to mobile applications.
Gather and analyze user feedback and usage data to identify pain points and areas for improvement in the mobile apps.
Advocate for the user by ensuring that their needs and preferences are central to the product development process.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of our mobile applications.
Analyze app performance data to identify trends issues and opportunities for optimization.
Implement A/B testing and other experimentation methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Must have 5 years of product management experience preferably with a focus on mobile applications (Android and iOS).
Must have the ability to think creatively and strategically to develop comprehensive strategies and roadmaps for mobile app management and lifecycle management.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams internal stakeholders and external vendors to convey product vision requirements and goals.
Excellent knowledge and understanding of mobile app development product lifecycle management and product management governance concepts and principles.
Must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Must have the ability to interpret data identify trends and develop KPIs to measure the success of product initiatives.
Must have the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including engineering marketing sales and customer service to ensure product success.
Excellent knowledge of regulatory requirements related to mobile app management and the ability to ensure compliance with these requirements.
Be the single point of contact for Android and iOS mobile applications and product governance perspective.
