We are experts on Digital Transformation Solutions Custom Applications Development & Application Modernization IoT and ML/AI solutions Design and Implementation of Private/Public/Hybrid Cloud solutions together with MultiCloud Integration.
We are seeking to hire a Business Analyst (MidLevel)Energy Sector to join our Professional Services team and become part of our success story.
What will you do:
On Requirements:
- Organize and prioritize requirements using techniques such as but not limited to epics user stories and backlogs
- Specify and validate requirements and constraints to a level that enables effective development and operations of new or changed software systems and processes
- Negotiate tradeoffs that are acceptable to key stakeholders and within budgetary technical regulatory constraints
On Business Situations:
- Adopt holistic view to identify and analyze problems and opportunities
- Conduct root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements
- Investigate business situations where there is some complexity and ambiguity
- Engage and collaborate with key operational stakeholders
On Data Management:
- Identify and process information that is used to support decisionmaking business processes and digital services
- Contribute on the development of innovative ways for managing the information of the organization
- Support data engineering integration and interoperability activities from functional point of view
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in IT or related field
- At least 8 years of professional experience with minimum 1 year in largescale organization
- At least 3 years of professional experience on business analysis and requirements management (life cycle analysis and design)
The following will be considered as a plus:
- Professional experience in the energy or utilities sector is a huge plus
- Experience in data modelling (conceptual and logical models business metrics & insights indicators)
- Good understanding and knowledge of enterprise applications on information flows in largescale organizations and regulated environments
