Alarge Southeastfull service law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with atleast one year of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience negotiating real estate contracts assisting with title survey and due diligence matters drafting documents (contracts leases easement agreements etc..
- Experiencepreparing closing documents and coordinating closings.
- Must haveacademic excellence.
- Able to manage a high work flow in a fastpaced environment.
- Possessexcellent drafting skills.
