Purpose :
Implement strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales and improve market share of Industrial Brands and Starlite Mattress on sustainable basis while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Activities :
PROFITABLE GROWTH :
Our client a leader in Polyurethane (PU) Foam and Mattresses is a multibillion rupee entity having established winning brands that have become household brands in India and overseas. This fastestgrowing group even today has a nationwide presence the largest market share in manufacturing PU Foam with a global marketing perspective and an impeccable track record of bringing comfort convenience and luxury to enhance lifestyle. This foam is a perfect medium for flame and glue laminations with various normal and technical textiles or leather. It is easily printable Spray Flexo and Screen which makes it suitable for decoration gift wrapping/packing and display Major applications include Mattresses Sound and Vibration Absorption Headliners Sun Visors Seat Covers Door Trims Lamination with Fabric/Scrim Vinyl and leather.
Implement strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales and improve market share of Industrial Brands and Starlite Mattress on sustainable basis while maintaining customer relationships.
Key Activities :
PROFITABLE GROWTH :
- Prepare territory plan for Comfort Foam & Starlite Mattress.
- Facilitate ZDs/ Ads / Dealers to achieve their sales target.
- Prospect Institutions and convert them into Customers.
- Help in implementation & adherence to national procedures & policies.
- Update HOD on competitors activities..
- Implement BTL activities in assigned territory.
- Implement plans for expansion and management of dealers.
- Visit ZDs / ADs / Dealers as per plan.
- Ensure timely complaint redressal.
- Ensure that payments are received timely from ZDs / ADs / Dealers.
- Metric Tonnes and RCV
- Impact of Schemes
- No. of prospects visited
- No. of new business opportunities added.
- Lapses in providing competitors update.
- New dealers appointment.
- No. of dealers / ZD/ ADs visited.
- Complaint resolution time
- Credit days
- Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
- Establish effective relationship with Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback.
- Establish close relationship with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges.
- Work closely with marketing department for branding / publicity support at local level.
- Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of channel are settled within time.
- Establish effective relationships with all Service departments.
- Close relation with subordinates to ensure harmonious working conditions.
