Our Sydney Services are calling on current Disability Support Workers and future leaders to participate in our exclusive Team Leader Development Program.
We have opportunities in Community Programs based in Miranda and Campbelltown or Residential Services based in Southwest Sydney and Southeast Sydney.
Take the next step in your career in a unique learning opportunity where you will develop the capabilities and confidence to excel as a Team Leader. You will be immersed in a internal tailored program that focuses on practical onthejob skill development through supportive mentorship. Over the course of 6 months you can expect to learn do and be involved with:
This program provides applicants exposure to the duties and responsibilities of a Team Leader whilst being able to call on your supportive mentor to help guide you and answer questions that arise.
On program completion you will achieve a robust skillset which sees you confidently apply for permanent Team Leader opportunities as they arise.

Our investment in you calls for your commitment to us. Successful program participants will need to participate in weekly development activities including willingness to undertake rostered shifts across all service types and locations within your region.
To be successful you must be permanent parttime and have the endorsement of your team leader.
