Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services.
- Understand customer needs and provide relevant information to generate sales.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain a proper database.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a professional and positive approach during calls.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling preferably in sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English Kannada Telugu and Tamil (Hindi preferred).
- Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Levelheaded and serious attitude towards work.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
