Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the planning implementation and evaluation of public health programs and initiatives Collaborate with healthcare organizations government agencies and community partners to develop programs Provide leadership and guidance to staff members and ensure CEPHs goals and objectives are met Represent CEPH at conferences meetings and other professional events Identify funding opportunities and assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts Assist the Director in developing and executing strategic plans for the center Work with the Senior Grant and Financial Administrator for budget and financial needs
Qualifications
Masters or Ph.D. in Public Health or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in public health practice evaluation and/or research Experience in project management and staff supervision Knowledge of healthcare systems and workforce development principles Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with grant writing and fundraising techniques Familiarity with the public health landscape in Maine and Northern New England is a plus.
