Job Description
Engg MBA. Assisting the management in daytoday Business Operations Providing Operational and Strategic level support. More specifically responsible for :
Coordinating CrossFunctional teams to ensure deliverables
Act as the point of contact among executives employees clients and other external partners
MIS Reporting and reporting / Variance Analysis
Root cause analysis of variance with top management.
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Researching and analysis of data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors committees and executives.
Preparing financial statements reports memos invoices letters and other documents.
Maintaining the current filing and database system and looking for ways to improve current systems
Helping prepare for meetings. Accurately recording minutes from meetings.
Reading and analyzing incoming memos submissions and distributing them as needed.
Consolidating and analyzing sales reviews data for forecasting.
Making analytical reports for business development.
Analysis of category wise sales for planning and budgeting.
Creating strategic reports and presentation for decision making.
Organize and Plan various top management growth meetings.
Impact analysis of price change on company revenue.
