Job Description
Overview
We are looking for a Technical Accounting Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in onboarding clients to our accounting module. As a Technical Accounting Specialist you will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding process for our cloudbased platform specifically for the accounting module. You will work closely with new customers ensuring they seamlessly integrate their accounting data configure settings and maximize the platforms capabilities. This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise accounting knowledge and customerfacing skills.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation:
Client Onboarding & Implementation:
- Lead technical onboarding sessions for clients using our accounting module.
- Assist with data migration chart of accounts setup and financial system configurations.
- Troubleshoot setup issues and provide best practices for efficient use.
Product Expertise & Support:
- Become an expert in Remarcables accounting module and serve as the goto resource for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product Engineering and Customer Success) to improve onboarding workflows and address client feedback.
- Train users on platform features accounting workflows and automation capabilities.
Customer Success & Technical ProblemSolving:
- Provide technical guidance to clients regarding integrations with thirdparty accounting software (e.g. Spectrum Foundation QuickBooks etc..
- Identify opportunities to improve the client experience by refining training materials and onboarding resources.
- Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to daytoday platform use.
Who You Are:
Accounting Knowledge:
- Background in accounting bookkeeping or financial software implementation.
- Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks Spectrum Foundation or similar SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of financial statements general ledger and standard accounting principles.
TechSavvy Mindset:
- Handson experience with cloudbased SaaS platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues API integrations and software configurations.
- Comfortable navigating accounting software and data migration tools.
ClientFocused & Communication Skills:
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts in nontechnical language.
- Experience working with small business owners or contractors is a plus.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach.
Preferred Experience
- 2 years in a Technical Accounting Accounting Software Implementation or Customer Support role.
- Experience in SaaS FinTech or software implementation consulting.
- Understanding of construction or contractor accounting is a plus.
Please note: youll be expected to be inoffice fulltime (MF 8am5pm Central)

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Remarcable salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of Remarcables total compensation package for employees. Other components may include: PTO Medical and a Bonus plan.
Compensation: $55000.00 $65000.00 per year
