Job Description
Purpose: Strategically build Sales Team and Channel for achieving business objectives while maintaining customer relationships. Implement and Monitor strategies & policies to achieve targeted sales TP and improve market share of the companies mattressess Brands on a sustainable basis.
Key Accountability:
Sales Target Market Development & Penetration Customer Satisfaction Team Development.
Key Decision:
Propose introduction / discontinuation of Products developing upon Competition.
Working Relation:
Establish an effective relationship with the Sales Head to give inputs / market feedback. Establish close relationships with Channel Partners to understand the market needs and challenges. Work closely with the marketing department for branding/publicity support at local level. Close relation with Commercial to ensure that all financial claims of the channel are settled within time.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Premium Institute.
Expereince : 3 yrs 8 Yrs
Salary : 12 LPA 25 LPA
