Job Description

Are you interested in being part of a high visibility strategic team that directly impacts millions of Selling Partners worldwide Are you interested in creating end to end customer experiences with WW policyowning stakeholders The Core Selling Partner Experience (CSPE) team builds worldclass experiences to help Selling Partners bring safe trustworthy selection at low prices for our shopping customers. We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager Tech to reimagine and deliver simplified Selling Partner listing creation and management experiences across Seller Central and Vendor Central for products with additional requirements.

Key job responsibilities
Understanding Seller and Vendor needs defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a fastpaced environment.
Defining a datadriven product vision developing business cases and requirements and prioritizing competing opportunities.
Partnering with other functional teams particularly policy teams to identify and influence development of new products and services.
Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels and in multiple locations and working with business UX tech and analytics teams to define and deliver impactful solutions to our Selling Partners.
Anticipating bottlenecks providing escalation management anticipating and making tradeoffs and balancing business needs versus technical or operational constraints.
Drive of product roadmap GTM and Selling Partner adoption by partnering with internal stakeholders.
Making smart tradeoffs coordinate dependencies and maintain communication throughout the organization to guarantee smooth and efficient product delivery.

A day in the life
You will help define the product vision for core listing experiences used by millions of sellers and vendors every day. You will partner with policy teams to ensure selling partners have a seamless guided experience to ensure their products are safe and compliant with local laws. You will work with UX tech and WW stakeholders to design build and bring products to market. You will be responsible for overall adoption effectiveness efficiency and satisfaction of your product.

About the team
The Selling Partner Listing Experience team within CSPE focuses on improving the Selling Partner product listing experience across our Seller and Vendor desktop and mobile experiences. We do this through experience consolidation driving consistency across the Selling Partners experience and developing new experiences to help our Selling Partners sell successfully on Amazon.

Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning
5 years of technical product or program management experience

Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements prioritize incoming work requests and ensure all committed work is delivered on time
Experience in using analytical tools such as Tableau Qlikview QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL Excel and other tools
MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
