Job Description

Qualifications

  • Rising senior working towards fouryear undergraduate degree or graduate student
  • Course work in Accounting Analytics Computer Science Engineering Finance Liberal Arts Logistics Technology or other related fields
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work the full duration of the program


Competencies and Skills

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decisionmaking process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit receive and accurately interpret ideas information and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

SelfDirected Growth and Development: Understanding of the necessity of continuous personal growth; ability to gauge ones strengths limitations and interests and use of this knowledge for purposes of performance effectiveness and selfdevelopment. Equitable Audit Services

With this internship individuals will obtain a comprehensive view across the company and assist in meeting Company objectives spanning various subject matters.

Equitable Audit Services (EAS) provides independent and objective assurance and advisory consulting services through a highly competent and diverse team. As a business partner EAS assists management by bringing a systematic disciplined approach in evaluating and improving the Companys risk management control and governance processes.

The interns key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in internal audit activities including discussions and inquiries to our business partners identification and understanding of risk and controls development and completion of testing and the communication of results.
  • Assist in SarbanesOxley (SOX) testing including updates to process documentation completion of testing and communication of results.
  • Assist in process improvement initiatives in the Department.

Internship Details
Dates: June 2025 to August 2025
Location: Charlotte NC or Syracuse NY
Work Environment: Hybrid / Flexible (required to be in the office 3 days/week)
Hourly Rate: $22/hour
Housing: Intern housing available
