As a Service advisor you will assist our guests with all of their service needs. That includes building loyalty and trust and creating an overall positive experience.
What you will do:
- Scheduling appointments
- Generating estimates and writeup
- Conducting postrepair followup
- Resolving customer complaints
- Following up on status of repairs
- Maintain necessary product knowledge
- Close Repair Orders daily
What we are looking for:
- Previous Service Advisor experience required
- Previous Ford Warranty experience a plus
- Excellent customer service skills every guest leaves an advocate
- Ability to work with little supervision
- The drive to succeed in a fastpaced highvolume environment
- Demonstrate professional behavior
