Position Summary
This position supports the design implementation efficacy and compliance of the Universitys benefit health welfare and retirement programs. This position carries out responsibilities in monitoring and improving programs selffunded plan financials and manages the interpretation of benefit policies programs and practices. At this time this position will have a hybrid work model and a flexible rotation among the benefits team within the onsite office when not working remotely to achieve service excellence of our faculty and staff.
