Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker Adult Review Team
Location: Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council
Rate: 202.00 per day
An exciting job role has recently become available at the Gateshead Metropolitan Borough Council. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Review Team.
Your Responsibilities:
You will conduct comprehensive reviews and reassessments of care packages for adults. You will develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Additionally you will work collaboratively with service users families and other professionals to provide holistic support. You will maintain accurate and uptodate records in line with statutory and local requirements ensure all actions are compliant with relevant legislation policies and procedures advocate for the rights and needs of service users and participate in team meetings and contribute to service development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally you need to hold a full UK driving licence and possess postqualified experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
