Job Description
This is a remote position.
This is an exciting opportunity to help build a groundbreaking brand that combines sports psychology with wellness technology. You ll be creating meaningful content that genuinely impacts athletes mental game and overall performance working in a specialized niche that s similar to established meditation apps like Headspace and Calm but focused specifically on tennis players. The role offers the chance to be part of something innovative while working with a supportive founder who will provide industry-specific guidance and collaborate closely with you to translate their vision into compelling social media content.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media presence across multiple platforms including TikTok Facebook and Instagram
- Create engaging high-quality content including graphics captions short reels and videos that effectively highlight the brand
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with tennis players and sports-minded individuals
- Schedule and post content consistently to maintain strong brand visibility and awareness
- Actively engage with online communities and groups relevant to tennis sports psychology and wellness
- Proactively identify and reach out to influencers in the tennis and wellness space for potential collaborations
- Respond promptly to inquiries and engage authentically with followers to build community trust and loyalty
- Stay current with trends in both social media marketing and the tennis/wellness industries
- Collaborate closely with the founder to understand and effectively translate the unique brand vision into compelling content
- Monitor social media performance and adjust strategies based on engagement metrics and audience feedback
Requirements
- Proven track record in social media marketing and management across multiple platforms
- Strong experience with content creation including graphics design compelling caption writing and video content production
- Solid understanding of social media advertising strategies and audience engagement techniques
- Knowledge of or genuine interest in mindfulness meditation and holistic well-being practices
- Ability to work independently while being highly responsive to guidance and collaborative feedback
- Creative mindset with demonstrated ability to develop engaging content that drives meaningful audience interaction
- Experience with community management influencer outreach and relationship building
- Sports background or familiarity with tennis is preferred but not required - enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt brand voice across different platforms
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage consistent posting schedules and multiple projects
Portfolios should include:
Projects related to yoga meditation or mental wellness
Work in holistic health mindfulness practices or wellbeing advocacy
Ideally creative or strategic work involving sports especially tennis with an emphasis on the mental or emotional aspects of performance
