About The Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and objectives acting as a trusted advisor and delivering solutions that align with Fevers expertise and goals.
- Oversee the lifecycle of partner events and projects coordinating with crossfunctional teams (Sales Marketing Operations Legal and Finance) to ensure timely and seamless while tracking actions and progress.
- Monitor partner performance by defining KPIs analyzing data and implementing strategies to support continuous growth. Regularly prepare reports highlighting achievements and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to proactively address challenges develop tailored solutions and ensure high partner satisfaction.
- Gather and analyze partner feedback to inform product marketing and operational enhancements recommendations.
- Gain a deep understanding of Fevers teams and processes to effectively advocate for partners needs and contribute to teamwide initiatives.
About You:
You are degree qualified with a project management background. You thrive in a fastpaced environment and pride yourself on your flexible detailoriented analytical and organized mindset.
In order to be successful in this role you will be expected to be an entrepreneurial individual. The role requires a mix of project management and operational experience. You will have to be very comfortable coordinating other departments to ensure the delivery of requirements on time also delivering results in an ambiguous environment being exceptionally detailoriented while looking around corners.
- 3 years of experience in project management or consulting.
- Fluent in English; additional language fluency is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build positive working relationships with excellent communication skills.
- Analytical and solutionsoriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively.
- A proactive curious mindset eager to explore new ideas and exceed expectations.
- Collaborative team player ready to take ownership and support others as needed.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to leverage data to drive decisionmaking and address partnership challenges.
