Job Description
****Average hourly rate is $19.36 (including wage incentives bonuses overtime shift differential etc.****
Position Overview:
As a Performance Specialist you will direct administer and coordinate the activities of the organization in support of the policies goals and objectives established by the agency Board of Directors. Performs the following duties directly or through subordinate managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participating in QA and program improvement meetings with agency and stakeholder staff.
- Maintaining relationships with public and private service providers.
- Ensuring case files meet accreditation and contract requirements.
- Conducting internal audits reviews and specialized investigations.
- Analyzing departmental reports to identify trends and address issues.
- Developing and monitoring Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) collaboratively.
- Preparing timely readerfriendly reports.
- Coordinating with agency leadership on auditrelated matters.
- Attending forums workshops and conferences on quality improvement and contract compliance.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
