Job Description

Primary Purpose
Under the direction of the Director of Enrollment Technology & Analytics the CRM Analyst and Slate Administrator is responsible for the development configuration and daily management of Technolutions Slate CRM to support admissions enrollment and student engagement initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison for assigned university departments ensuring that Slate CRM is optimized for recruitment application processing yield strategies and antimelt efforts. The CRM Analyst and Slate Administrator works closely with Enrollment Technology Marketing Admissions and university leadership to implement communication strategies data processes and system improvements that align with institutional enrollment goals.

Essential Functions
Slate Administration & System Support Act as the primary Enrollment Technology contact for assigned university departments providing technical support and training on Slate CRM functionalities. Manage daily Slate CRM troubleshooting requests coordinating with Enrollment Technology Marketing Admissions and IT to resolve issues. Maintain and oversee Slate CRM functions related to recruitment travel events applications decision releases and student engagement workflows. Ensure system compliance with university policies security standards and Slate CRM best practices. Application & Review Process Management Partner with Enrollment Technology leadership to manage admissions application configurations reader bins and processing workflows. Conduct annual Slate CRM updates and cycle preparation implementing adjustments to support new application cycles. Ensure data accuracy record integrity and efficiency in the application review and evaluation processes. Communication & Digital Engagement Strategy Implement email SMS and event communication strategies within Slate CRM ensuring alignment with institutional marketing and enrollment goals. Oversee email campaign including template design audience segmentation personalization automation and performance tracking. Work with Enrollment Marketing and Admissions to develop effective digital outreach strategies that improve prospective student engagement and yield. Data Management Reporting & Analysis Create and manage Slate CRM queries reports and dashboards to track key admissions and recruitment metrics. Provide datadriven insights and analytics to evaluate recruitment strategies communication effectiveness and student engagement trends. Collaborate with Institutional Research Admissions and Enrollment Technology to ensure data consistency and reporting accuracy. Event & Program Support Provide technical support for enrollment events and student programs managing event registrations email communications and postevent followups. Ensure that Slatehosted event pages application portals and decision pages are fully optimized for user experience and engagement. Training Documentation & System Improvements Develop and maintain Slate CRM training materials conducting both regular and adhoc training sessions for users across departments. Continuously research emerging Slate CRM tools automation techniques and process enhancements to improve Slate functionality and enrollment workflows. Collaborate with Enrollment Technology leadership to establish Slate CRM policies data security standards and system usage guidelines. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree; or equivalent work experience (Two 2 years of fulltime experience in the same/similar position is equal to one 1 year of completed posthigh school education coursework). One 1 year of experience managing Technolutions Slate or similar CRM platform.

Preferred Qualifications
Proven ability to train and support endusers troubleshoot technical issues and document system processes. Excellent organizational project management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with nontechnical users and institutional leadership. Technical proficiency in SQL HTML CSS JavaScript and CRM automation tools. Strong data analysis and reporting skills with experience using queries exports and dashboards in Technolutions Slate CRM . Familiarity with Liaison WebAdmit Ellucian Banner OnBase or other student information systems. Knowledge of data governance CRM best practices and compliance regulations FERPA GDPR etc.. Experience with email marketing strategies communication automation and student engagement workflows. Experience and sensitivity in working with people of diverse backgrounds and cultures. Demonstrated experience in advancing social justice equity and inclusion in a university setting. Ability to engage and integrate culturally responsive practices and knowledge in their work.
