Overview
Starfish Therapies is seeking a Physical Therapist to join their growing team in Burlingame CA. This is an Outpatient Pediatrics position focused on delivering exceptional care to children aged 022. Fulltime 40 hours/week) is preferred but parttime candidates with at least 9 hours of afternoon availability will also be considered.
New graduates are welcome and will be provided with mentorship and support to succeed in their roles.
Caseload / Patient Population
The Physical Therapist hired will work exclusively with a 100 pediatric caseload addressing:
- Gross motor and fine motor skills
- Orthopedic and neurologic development
- Coordination strength and balance
- Sensory integration and play skills
Fulltime PTs are expected to deliver 2832 billable hours of direct patient care per week.
Starfish Therapies encourages therapists to develop specialties or pursue certifications providing resources and support for professional growth.
Work Schedule
- Clinic hours: MondayFriday 8 am 6:30 pm.
- Typical work schedule: 9 am 5:30 pm (flexible based on your preferences).
- No weekends or major holidays.

Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary: $90480 annually for new graduates (higher based on experience).

Job Requirements
- Eligible for California state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Prior pediatric experience is preferred but not required.
- Open to new graduates who will receive mentorship.
- Both fulltime 40 hours/week) and parttime (minimum 9 hours/week) candidates are encouraged to apply.
