WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Were building a highimpact team responsible for managing key growth initiatives leading analytics across the Growth domain and driving pricing decisions at Trade Republic. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop strategic perspectives on critical topics such as acquisition product adoption pricing strategy and competitive positioning
- Leverage data and analysis to build business cases that guide resource allocation and maximize customer acquisition engagement and retention
- Craft clear insightful presentations and memos to support highstakes decisionmaking by founders and senior leadership
- Define and track KPIs for Growth teams enabling performance measurement and optimization
- Act as a crossfunctional connector between Growth Product and other teams to ensure alignment and impact
- Collaborate closely with Growth leadership and executives across the company to shape strategic initiatives
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Completed degree in business economics or engineering with outstanding academic results
- 2 years of professional experience in a highperformance environment e.g. investment banking consulting or toptier startups
- A selfstarter who thrives in ambiguity with the ability to operate effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for distilling complex topics and visualizing insights
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and/or Python (or a strong willingness to learn)
