For a few years we have been CPGs bestkept secret but now we want to step out of the darkness and into the light . As we continue to expand from startup to scaleup we are seeking a dynamic Demand Generation Specialist to join our passionate team.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing / Demand Generation Specialist to shape and execute our marketing strategies with a focus on brand development events and content. In this handson role you will work closely with our commercial team to drive lead generation build pipeline and boost conversions. Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation: Collaborate with the commercial team to create and manage campaigns that drive lead acquisition conversion and ultimately revenue. Tactics available to deploy are:
Events Strategy: Develop and execute an events strategy that includes webinars and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Content Strategy: Design a comprehensive content strategy that includes blogs whitepapers videos demos case studies and social media to engage prospects and nurture leads.
Brand Development: Implement a look and feel that resonates with our target audience and differentiates VST in the market.
Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work closely with sales product and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive overall business growth.
HandsOn : Be directly involved in the creation design and delivery of marketing materials campaign and event planning.
Requirements:
Experience: 3 years of experience in marketing demand generation or a related role within the retail technology market research insights or SaaS industry.
Skills: Strong understanding of brand development content creation and event management. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. we use HubSpot).
Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages and an eye for design.
Analytical Mindset: Were data nerds here at VST therefore expect a datadriven approach with strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively across different teams and departments.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.

Flexible Working: We like being in our office (London near Old Street station) 24 days a week or with clients but were aware that great work doesnt have to be done in the office. You do you. As long as the results are there you can be flexible on hours worked office working and holiday time.
