Notre quipe de marketing en sant animale adopte une perspective centre sur le client en utilisant les commentaires des clients et les donnes dintelligence de march. Grce ces donnes nous concevons dveloppons et dployons des produits des plateformes des marques et des initiatives marketing qui nous permettent damliorer la sant et le bien-tre des animaux partout. Ce poste soutiendra notre unit daffaires des animaux de ferme.
Lieu :Ontario ou Qubec avec dplacements hybrides notre sige social de Kirkland Qubec
Sous la supervision du directeur marketing associ les responsabilits du spcialiste marketing principal incluent sans sy limiter :
Responsable du plan marketing : de la cration la planification la coordination la mise en uvre.
Fournir des analyses approfondies du march de lindustrie et de la concurrence ainsi que du positionnement.
Analyser les tendances du march le potentiel de ventes les dpenses et prparer des prvisions pour les produits existants dans un but de planification et de contrle.
Analyser le potentiel du march pour le produit afin de prparer des prvisions de revenus rviser.
Diriger une quipe locale de marque et collaborer avec elle pour prparer un plan marketing annuel de la marque qui guidera vos activits pour lanne suivante.
Travailler en collaboration avec notre dpartement mondial pour mettre en uvre localement des initiatives tablir la planification du cycle de vie et partager/changer les plans de marque avec dautres marchs.
Utiliser la recherche de march pour formuler des recommandations concrtes qui soutiendront nos stratgies de marque.
Dvelopper des tactiques en ligne et hors ligne cohrentes avec nos stratgies et objectifs afin de gnrer des revenus pour nos marques.
Grer et contrler le budget promotionnel de manire efficace pour maximiser les objectifs de la marque.
Tester surveiller et valuer les tactiques marketing et ajuster les plans au besoin.
Collaborer troitement avec plusieurs autres dpartements pour assurer la mise en uvre efficace de tous les aspects des stratgies.
Accomplir toutes les tches en conformit totale avec lengagement de notre entreprise envers son code de conduite nos valeurs et normes politiques procdures normes de lindustrie et toutes les lois.
Exigences minimales en ducation :
Baccalaurat en sciences sciences animales administration des affaires marketing ou dans un domaine connexe.
Qualifications :
Prfrence accorde aux candidats ayant une solide connaissance ou exprience dans le secteur canadien de llevage ou de lagriculture; un atout.
Solides comptences analytiques et informatiques notamment Excel.
Excellentes comptences en communication crite et orale.
Capacit dmontre bien travailler en quipe interfonctionnelle.
Exprience antrieure en gestion de produit est un atout.
Forte expertise en marketing numrique est un atout.
Exigences linguistiques : Franais crit et parl si vous rsidez au Qubec. Langlais est un atout pour les relations daffaires avec des intervenants nationaux et internationaux.
Capacit dmontre apprendre rapidement.
Exprience en stratgie de portefeuille et excution de plans.
Connaissance technique de la suite MS Office.
Conformment la stratgie de lieu de travail hybride de notre entreprise ce poste sera exerc par une combinaison de travail distance et en personne (au sige social de Kirkland) selon la nature des tches accomplir.

Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data we design develop and deploy products platforms brands and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere. This role will be supporting our Farm Animal Business Unit.
Location: Ontario or Quebec with hybrid travel to our Kirkland Quebec Headquarters
Reporting to the Associate Marketing Director the Senior Marketing Specialists responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Responsible for the marketing plan: from creation planning coordinating to implementation.
Provide in-depth market industry and competitive analysis and positioning.
Analyze market trends sales potential expenses and prepare forecasts for existing products for the purpose of planning and control.
Analyze market potential for the product in order to prepare revenue forecasts for review.
Lead a local brand team and collaborate with them in order to prepare a yearly brand marketing plan that will drive your activities for the following year.
Work in collaboration with our Global department in implementing initiatives locally establishing life cycle planning and sharing/exchanging brand plans with other markets.
Utilize market research to make concrete recommendations that will support our brand strategies.
Develop online and offline tactics that are consistent with our strategies and objectives driving revenue for our brands.
Manage and control promotional budget in the most efficient manner to maximize brand objectives.
Test monitor and evaluate marketing tactics and adjust plans as necessary.
Work closely with several other departments to ensure that all aspects of strategies are effectively implemented.
Complete all tasks in a fully consistent matter with our companys commitment to its code of conduct our values and standards policies procedures industry standards and all laws.
Minimum education requirement:
Bachelors of Science or Animal Science Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Qualifications:
Preference given to a candidate with a strong knowledge of or experience in the Canadian Livestock or Agricultural sector; an asset.
Strong Analytical and Computer skills including Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Previous product management experience is an asset.
A strong digital marketing acumen is an asset.
Language requirements: French both written and spoken if located in Quebec. English is preferred for business with national and global stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly.
Experience in portfolio strategizing and plan execution.
Technical knowledge of MS Office Suite
