Position Summary

- Follow up with inbound lead inquiries via phone text and email
- Schedule and conduct facility tours and consultations with prospects
- Close new memberships and meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Assist with marketing content creation
- Assist the General Manager with daily operations and team oversight
- Lead and motivate staff by examplebe the first one in last one out
- Support of operational procedures and brand standards
- Serve as a key point of contact for new and existing members
- Conduct member checkins progress reviews and renewals
- Handle front desk duties including POS transactions and member account maintenance
- Assist with the planning and of special events and promotions
- Deliver an exceptional experience to everyonemembers prospects guests and athletes
- 1 year of sales experience (fitness or servicebased industry preferred)
- Proven ability to close sales and hit performance targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Positive energetic and motivated by helping others
- Enjoys working out and is excited to train regularly at D1 as part of the athlete community
- Lives in or near the Gainesville area and is actively involved in the local community
- Has a background in or strong familiarity with sports and athletic training
- Comfortable in a fastpaced peoplefocused environment
- Associate Degree preferred
- Fitness certification a plus (NASM ISSA CPT etc.
