RN Supervisor Office Manager PSRs

Duties:

PreEmployment Physicals

Returnto Duty Testing

DOT Physicals

Workers compensation injury care

No. of Exam Room: 5

EMR: Systoc

Other Info: Will rotate coverage between 2 facilities

Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered

Requirements:

Active VA License

BLS ACLS

DOT Certification

Immunization

Healthcare
