About the role
Sitting within the Services Leadership team the Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for the leadership and direction of the ASI Project Services team responsible for the coordination governance and administration of scoped changes within ASI customer environments and associated works. The team balances multiple projects ensuring customer outcomes are achieved while maintaining high quality outputs within budget and to agreed deadlines.
While leading the team of project management professionals is a key attribute this role also has the opportunity to shape the way projects are delivered to improve the customer experience. The role focuses on:
A bit about you
Ideally you bring your previous experience from an IT Services company where you supported multiple projects through leading a small team of dedicated professionals. You will have worked as a PMO Manager or similar role for at least five years and possess qualifications in Project Management. Your Information Technology background serves you well when overseeing the PMO. While drawing on your deep experience will assist you in building out good project governance. You may well have contributed to the advancement of the function with your natural ability to implement continual business improvements.
