Job Description
Work Schedule:
100 FTE 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay:

We are seekinga Patient Scheduling Leadto:
- Act as a liaison with leadership in patient scheduling issues training education communication and problem solving.
- Coordinate assign and guide the work activities of other patient scheduling staff.
- Monitor work schedules maintain department scheduling guidelines and templates and train and mentor new staff.
- Perform patient scheduling duties including working with patients in person and over the phone.
Education:
Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Healthcare or other related field.
Work Experience:
Minimum Twelve months of experience in patient scheduling or equivalent experience working in a medical office environment
