Job Description

Do you have scheduling experience We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to join our Home Care Team! This position includes after-hours/weekends on-call rotations as well.

The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for assigning caregivers in a manner that promotes quality continuity and safety of the care of our clients.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serves as initial point of contact for both client and staff relations.
  • Knowledge of field staff and ability to match with the appropriate clients.
  • Answering incoming phone calls andassist with inquiry calls.
  • Closely work with the Director of Nursing Director of Operations and other leadership members to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our clients.
  • Assist with weekly orientation.
  • Weekly on-call rotation which includes 3-4 days a week evenings and weekend.
  • Ensures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local state and federal HIPPA laws under the direction of the Director of Operations and Director of Nursing.
  • Office hours Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Expected hours: 40-50 per week

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • Proficient in MS Office. (Outlook Teams Word Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Flexibility and good time management skills A MUST.
  • Excellent organization planning and project management skills.
  • Valid drivers license; valid state required proof of auto insurance.
  • Transportation to meet the needs of position and scope of job responsibilities.
