Job Description
The Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee the daytoday operations of our ecommerce business ensuring seamless client communication efficient fulfillment processes and strategic brand growth across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) international shipping and ecommerce platforms like Amazon eBay and Etsy.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of FBA processes including documentation requirements and shipment preparation.
Understand export invoice procedures and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Manage shipments efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
Have indepth knowledge of Amazon North America Amazon Europe eBay and Etsy platforms.
Develop strategies to optimize listings SEO and ads across these platforms.
Oversee product approval processes and ensure compliance with platform policies.
Optimize product listings for better visibility and sales.
Lead train and build a highperforming team to achieve operational goals.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and growth.
Develop and implement business processes that enhance operational efficiency and brand growth.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes to stay competitive.
Eligibility Criteria
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce operations management preferably with FBA expertise.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and software tools.
Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Exclusions / Not Eligible
Candidates without experience in managing FBA operations will not be considered.
Applicants must have a strong understanding of Amazon eBay and Etsy platforms.
Candidates who lack excellent communication skills will not be eligible.
Applicants must demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Candidates who cannot effectively solve operational problems will not be considered.
