The MLE Traineeship
The MLE programme is a threeyear traineeship consisting of three 12month rotations. These rotations offer you a diverse range of experiences in different facets of our organisation. Immerse yourself in areas such as Demand (Sales Category Management Marketing) Supply (Manufacturing Supply Chain Logistics) and Digital (Data & Analytics Project Management Functional Applications & Strategy). This is your chance to shape your leadership trajectory and create a lasting impact. Your future as a leader starts now with the Mars Leadership Experience Traineeship!
As an MLE trainee you will have the opportunity to:
- Participate in three dynamic rotations providing insight into different leadership paths.
- Lead teams and initiate projects allowing you to continuously develop yourself.
- Be part of our global trainee community forge lifelong connections and contribute to a global business network.
We are looking for recent graduates with a masters degree in 2024 or 2025 who:
- Have a growth mindset interpersonal skills and the ability to build confidence.
- A passion for a future career in leadership.
- A dedicated focus on learning and development including outside your comfort zone.
- Innovative thinking and a willingness to bring fresh ideas to Mars.
- Be fluent in German and English.
