Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Leadership Development Associate to join our growing team in Atlanta GA. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about organizational development training and strategic leadership. As an associate you will work closely with our senior consultants to support leadership programs analyze performance data and engage with clients to build customized growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist in the design coordination and delivery of leadership development programs
Facilitate workshops and training sessions alongside senior staff
Conduct research and compile data to assess leadership effectiveness
Support the creation of client proposals and strategic development plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training content with business goals
Monitor participant feedback and evaluate program outcomes for continuous improvement
Contribute to internal knowledge development and share best practices
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or related field
13 years of experience in training development or a related field
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
