Job Description
As a Polysomnography/Scoring Day Technician at CentraCare you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating sleep disorders by administering and scoring Home Sleep Tests (HSTs) as well as scoring Polysomnography (PSG) results from overnight studies. Your responsibilities will also include communicating with overnight staff managing the continuation of studies for late sleepers or those undergoing Multiple Sleep Latency Tests (MSLTs) and scoring acquired studies from overnight daytime and HSTs. Occasionally you will perform polysomnography for latesleeping patients who are handed off from overnight studies or are continuing MSLT studies. Additionally you will be responsible for setting up educating and issuing Home Sleep Study kits to patients.
Schedule
- Full time Flexibility in hours available to include option of 80 72 or 64 hours every two weeks
- Days MondayFriday 7:00am3:30pm
Pay and Benefits
- Starting pay begins at $29.90 per hour and increases with experience
- Pay range: $29.9044.86 per hour

Qualifications
- Completion of an AMA approved academic program for respiratory care or completion of neurodiagnostic program.
- Current CPR certification
- Licensed: Registered Polysomnography TechnologistOR Registered Electroencephalographic Technologist (REEGT)OR Registered Respiratory Therapist Respiratory Care Practitioners (CRTT/RRT)ORRegistered Nurse (RN)
To be eligible for the relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full time or part time benefited position.
