Digital Content Manager
What will you do
A day in the life of a Digital Content Manager at Dickies looks a little like this.
Reporting in the Sr. Manager Digital Content and Experience the Digital Content Manager will have responsibility for ensuring Dickies delivers elevated digital brand and digital product content to our owned and strategic retail partner channels optimizing and using the Product Information Management (PIM) tool as the primary delivery platform. This role will work closely with the Strategic Accounts Marketing Director to execute against digital strategy working with crossfunctional teams to integrate processes organize and deliver seasonal content to positively impact the brands ecommerce performance.
Lets break down that dayinthelife a bit more.
Acts as centralized hub of organization for ecommerce and digital content for owned and wholesale retail channels coordinating with internal/contract creative resources to organize and upload digital brand and product content into the system.
Manage system data integrity ensuring imagery copy and other digital content is accurate organized and delivered on time. Assessed complex circumstances for content needs and suggests innovative approaches.
As digital content needs evolve evaluate and make recommendations for integrations customizations and improvements to PIM working with necessary stakeholders to execute changes.
Participates in internal crossfunctional and external account meetings to understand content needs.
Coordinates with members of Strategic Accounts marketing team to ensure omnichannel approach to content.
Conduct periodic research on ecommerce emerging trends and best practices to inform digital content strategies.
Expert with digital content needs across varying touch points.
Interprets and explains digital content needs and process to cross functional partners who are not familiar with the subject matter through persuasion and business case analysis.
Effectively communicates complex issues to cross functional partners whose perspectives are often divergent.
What do you need to succeed

Additionally while formal education in a related field is great to have we are most interested in your 5 years of experience and professional achievements.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Relevant Product Information Management (PIM) Digital Asset Management (DAM) or other content management platform experience
Proficient project manager experienced in creating and communicating process leading through change and evaluating workflows for optimization opportunities
Capable communicator able to influence crossfunctional teams to achieve goals
Driven to act with a sense of urgency; able to work well under pressure and with demanding deadlines
Demonstrated critical thinking and analytical skills are required; ability to apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot and analyze new issues is critical
Must be a selfstarter able to work independently with a proactive working style
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

$82080.00 USD $102600.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
