NXTGEN is excited to be working closely with a highly regarded Chartered Accountancy practice to recruit a Manager for their specialist Medical Business team. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing department that provides bespoke services to medical professionals mostly including GP practices and consultants. The firm is recognised for their exceptional client service and supportive & flexible work culture with a strong focus on the wellbeing of both employees and clients.
As the Manager of the Medical Accounts team you will take ownership of a diverse client portfolio offering expert guidance on accounts tax and financial planning. Youll work closely with your clients to ensure compliance with the complex financial and regulatory challenges specific to the medical sector. This is a key leadership position allowing you to make a significant impact by developing a highperforming team internally and helping clients optimise their financial outcomes externally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for your medical clients managing their accounting and financial requirements.
- Prepare and review yearend accounts tax computations and financial reports.
- Provide specialised advice within the medical sector.
- Lead train and mentor junior staff nurturing a culture of growth and learning.
- Develop strong client relationships delivering valuable insights and tailored solutions.
What you will need:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with practice experience.
- Proven track record of managing a client portfolio ideally within the medical sector.
- Strong technical expertise in tax and accounting regulations relevant to medical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for building longlasting client relationships.
- A passion for leadership and team development.
