20 new partner focus 80 existing partners

Deals:
Note: this will be deals that are made by partners not by the Partner Manager
Sizes: 1.5K MRR / 20K ACV up to 100K (avg 30K ARR)
Quota: On average 7K MRR per month (New business)
Cycles: 2 / 4 months.
Growth perspective:
Grow into a more SR role options to move to partnership team or team leader
If you perform well at Aircall you will have multiple growth options
Must haves:
At least 2 Year BDR Experience OR Partner manager Experience (Does not have to be closing experience!
Hunter mentality / Intelligent person (at least Bachelors degree)
Nice to haves:
A previous experience in the Hubspot Salesforce or Zendesk ecosystem
Salary range & secondary benefits:
50/60K base 20K Commission
