Job Description
As a Research Analyst you will be integral to delivering datadriven insights that guide our clients strategic decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive research analyze data and provide actionable recommendations that align with theclients objectives. The role demands an individual capable of synthesizing complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear actionable strategies.
Research Analysts would also play a key role in the development of Feasibility Studies Business Plans Strategic Advisory Studies Financial Modelling and Policy Framing across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Salary:612 LPA Not a constraintSalary will be competitive in line with the best in the industry.
For candidates from Big 5 consulting firms the salary range is expected to be toper annum depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and Analysis: Conduct indepth research andgather and analyze data to generate actionable insights aligned with client needs.
- Strategic Reporting: Synthesize findings and deliver wellcrafted reports and presentations that communicate complex data to key stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with crossfunctional teams including business experts and academia to provide datadriven solutions.
- Client Advisory: Support strategic advisory and decisionmaking processes through databacked insights and recommendations.
- Project Deliverables: Contribute to the creation of Feasibility Studies Business Plans Financial Models and Policy Framing for various industries.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain a strong desire to continuously learn and adapt to new tools methodologies and industry trends.
- Education:PG/Phd. in Economics B. Tech MBA in Finance/Marketing MS Finance CFA CA or ICWA is required.
- Experience: 25 years of experience in a research or analytical role preferably within a consulting firm or related industry. C
- Education:B. Tech. MBA in Finance MS Finance CFA CA or ICWA is required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear concise and professional English writing.
- Solid understanding of finance strategy and statistics.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to synthesize data and present it in an easily understandable format.
- Proactive attitude and a keen desire to learn in a dynamic consulting environment.
