Job Description

Amazon Business and Corporate Development has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant looking to jump into the fastpaced world of Biz Dev.

This role will support several directors across a Vice Presidents org providing unique exposure to some of Amazons most innovative and interesting partnership engagements. A proven track record of effective time management taking initiative working independently delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations is important. You should thrive under pressure have an interest in strategic business andmost importantlypossess a good sense of humor (our team prides itself on its fun culture!.

This role requires attention to detail the ability to meet tight deadlines efficient organizational skills and the ability to switch gears at a moments notice. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is key. The candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

Key job responsibilities
Effectively and proactively supporting across the Vice Presidents organization
Complex calendar management
Expense reimbursement
Coordinate global schedules travel arrangements and seamless meeting logistics such as video conferencing and conference calls for internal and external meetings.
Organize prioritize and appropriately handle timesensitive confidential information and ensure the action required is addressed in a timely manner.
Assist with event coordination (including team meetings and morale events)
Catering and supply orders

The Corporate Business Development (CorpBD) team is a centralized business development function that manages Amazons most complex and highimpact partnerships.

3 years of professional or military experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Impeccable attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments while maintaining commitment to deadlines
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with a team orientated philosophy
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of groups such as senior management peers and outside companies
High level of integrity and discretion

Experience in a fastpaced hightech company
3 years experience assisting at the executive level
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint and Word)
Bachelors degree
Demonstrated creative problemsolving skills
Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts on the job
Ability to maintain composure and switch tasks efficiently in a rapidly changing environment
Highly motivated organized individual who is able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Ability to quickly learn organizational structure and the objectives of the team
Ability to build a strong internal network
Must demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for customers and Amazons vision
Sense of humor and ability to work while having fun in an extremely ambiguous environment

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
