Job Description

Our client is a fast-growing technology services company offering managed IT cybersecurity cloud solutions digital marketing and data analytics.

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in launching a career in sales and business development. As a BDR you will help generate leads qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients across industries

  • Conduct outbound calls emails and social media outreach

  • Qualify leads based on business needs and level of interest

  • Schedule meetings between prospects and sales leadership

  • Track leads and activities in the CRM system

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns

  • Monitor market trends and report feedback to refine strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Organized and self-driven with strong follow-through

  • Basic understanding of IT services and willingness to learn

  • Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful
