Our client is a fast-growing technology services company offering managed IT cybersecurity cloud solutions digital marketing and data analytics.
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals interested in launching a career in sales and business development. As a BDR you will help generate leads qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients across industries
Conduct outbound calls emails and social media outreach
Qualify leads based on business needs and level of interest
Schedule meetings between prospects and sales leadership
Track leads and activities in the CRM system
Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns
Monitor market trends and report feedback to refine strategies
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or a related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and self-driven with strong follow-through
Basic understanding of IT services and willingness to learn
Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus
Familiarity with CRM tools is helpful
