Key Responsibilities:
You will work closely with our COO to assure that our database is always clean efficient and ready to serve our community!
CRM Management: Oversee Zoho CRM ensuring efficient tagging and integration with other business tools and maintaining high data quality standards.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems Computer Science Data Science Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in CRM management and automation platforms specifically Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting (not mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience and interest in data standardization process automation and systems optimization.
- Knowledge of automation tools and principles with familiarity in workflows across CRM ERP and integration platforms.
- Solid understanding of data governance data cleaning and data migration practices.
- Strong analytical written and verbal communication skills.
- Problemsolving mindset with a focus on process efficiency and scalability solutions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Familiarity with API integration and data synchronization tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with a strong inclination to innovate and improve existing systems and workflows.
